GCC MEMBERS EXPLORE THE LATEST INNOVATIONS IN THE CONSTRUCTION SECTOR IN JAPAN

The Gaziantep Chamber of Commerce (GCC) organized a trade mission and fair visit to the 52nd Jumbo Bikkuri Osaka Construction Materials and Automation Fair held in Osaka, Japan, in order to enable its members to closely follow developments in global markets.

The GCC continues to organize sectoral trade fair visits and business missions aimed at helping its members closely examine international developments in their sectors, establish new business connections, and keep up with innovations in global markets.

Within this scope, GCC organized a trade mission and fair visit to the 52nd Jumbo Bikkuri Osaka Construction Materials and Automation Fair, which took place in Osaka, Japan, between April 23 and May 3, 2026.

The 45-member delegation, consisting of representatives of GCC member companies operating in the construction sector, had the opportunity to closely examine the latest innovations presented by more than 250 Japanese manufacturers in areas such as construction materials, building equipment, automation systems, lighting, electrical equipment, security technologies, climate control systems, and residential hardware.

As part of the fair visit, GCC members closely observed Japan’s production quality, technology-oriented construction solutions, and innovative sectoral approach, while also establishing contacts with international buyers and manufacturers. The organization contributed to the establishment of new commercial connections, the evaluation of emerging product and technology trends, and the enhancement of the international visibility of the Gaziantep business community.

Commenting on the highly productive fair visit and business mission, GCC President of the Board Tuncay Yıldırım stated:
