Syrian Desk
The number of Syrian firms registered in our Chamber before the civil war in Syria was only 12 in 2011, however, this number has increased to 571 by the end of 2015. In this context, in order to serve our Syrian companies, to become a point of reference for the solution of the problems they face, and to develop various projects to solve these issues, our Chamber has established a Syrian Desk in April 2016. As of 2025, the number of Syrian members registered with our Chamber is 3,548.
Our Services:
The Syrian Desk provides services to our Syrian members in the following areas:
- Determining the problems faced by the member Syrian companies of our Chamber and trying to find solutions before the authorized institutions,
- Organizing Professional and Personal Development Trainings,
- Meeting all kinds of information and consultancy requirements of Syrian member companies, directing them to the right authorities (Registration procedures, establishing a new company, member information, Fairs, Tenders, visas, banking problems, citizenship issues, new laws, the status of Syrian border gates, etc.),
- Organizing of seminars and meetings on various subjects,
With the Syrian Desk Project, our Chamber won the "Most Extraordinary Project" award at the World Chambers Congress organized by the World Union of Chambers in 2019 and ranked first in the world.
