HOW TO BE INTERNATIONAL – Enhancing the International Competitiveness of SMEs and Workforce Project
Implemented between 2021–2023 by the Gaziantep Chamber of Commerce and Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GİZ) GmbH under the PEP Program funded by Bundesministerium für wirtschaftliche Zusammenarbeit und Entwicklung (BMZ), the project strengthened the international competitiveness of Turkish and Syrian SMEs and workforce in Gaziantep.
Through training and consultancy services:
* 50 SMEs improved their export capacity,
* 108 individuals were trained in foreign trade, and 86 gained employment,
GCC Foreign Trade Intelligence Center was enhanced to provide sustainable trade intelligence support.
